Returns & Replacements
From receipt, you have 28 days to return any item. Just fill out the returns form enclosed with your order and choose which returns method below suits you best, either by post or by collection (UK only).
Ordering
On this site you will be able to pre-order products from the before the season starts, order during the season, and for some of our popular products that sell out, have clothes made-to-order. These options will be clearly displayed on each of the product pages.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
From time to time we will offer exclusives and promotions on this site. For pre-season ordering, customers will be also be asked to put down a 50% deposit on order, and the remaining 50% will be taken on dispatch. Pricing will be displayed clearly on the site. For wholesale buyers, please login to the account we have set up for you to see your commercial terms.
Viewing Orders
If you have set-up an account with us, you will be able to log into this account at anytime to view the status of your order. You will also receive email at certain times during the order process (like when your order is dispatched) to keep you well informed on your orders process.
Updating Account Information
You can login at any time to update your contact information.
