PPQ London have a very small studio in London, but we do not have shop or a showroom. We work with boutiques around the world who stock our product exclusively.

Yes, Gift Certificates are available.Our gift certificates really do make an original gift for any friend or family member or friend. Simply send an email to info@ppqlondon.com with your contact details and we will create a personal gift certificate especially for you.

We very rarely keep much fabric in our studio in West London or in our warehouse, but if you really want to feel the fabric before you buy then why not contact us at info@ppqlondon.com and we will see what we can do.

I am afraid that we are not able to give out samples of our clothes, but we have a free and easy returns process so if you are not completely happy with the order then you can send it back to us.

All our clothes and accessories, if available for order, are available on our website.

During the photography process we take great care to ensure a detailed and accurate reproduction of every fashion item we sell. However, variables out of our control, such as the set up of your computer monitor, can sometimes affect how colours are displayed. If you are uncertain about a particularcolour and would like more information before you order you may ask our sales team by e-mailing info@ppqlondon.com.

PPQ London only deal with highly reputable fabric manufacturers and only source fabrics and material of the very highest quality. We have also ensured that the product viewing tools on the website are of the highest possible standard. They allow you to ‘zoom in’ and inspect every area of the item that you want to purchase.

Buying from the PPQ London site is simple. You can browse by collection or through the boutique, which is categorised like a normal store. From the collection pages, you can go directly through to the product from the catwalk image. Those catwalk images that do not have a view product icon when you hover over it are not available for purchase.

You can pre-order products before the season starts, you can buy products during the season, and on some occasions, for popular product you can backorder.

Our default display is for everyone. If you are a stockist and have a relationship with us, you already will be registered with us and have your own private login. To use this login, please go to the login page. Once you have logged in you will be able to view a different part of the site to enable you to place your bulk orders. If you would like to become a stockist then please email us on info@ppqlondon.com.

Whilst on the site in each category, you can narrow your search down according to any specific requirements or preferences you may have. (eg. colour, price, leg fit, knitwear type, country of origin) by using the filters on the left hand side of the page. You can also search for a product in the search box, which will always appear in the top right corner.

Any fashion items fitting your search requirements will appear (remember if there are a few, you may need to click on ‘all’ to see them all). Click on any product to look at it more closely, and to see all the product details (such as measurements and fabric type). Once you have found an item you wish to buy the product page will signal whether that item is available to pre-order, back order is available to buy now.

Just click the relevant button, the product will be added to your basket or buy list. If you are logged in these products will be stored in your account for future use until you are ready to purchase.

Our Wishlist service offers you a great place to store all of the things that are interested in for later, without overfilling your Shopping bag. It’s an easy way to keep track of what you are looking to purchase, and most importantly gives you the opportunity to share these products via email. Many of our wholesale buyers use it as an initial place where they can then share with colleagues to get their feedback.

No - Although we do advise it, you can choose the ‘Guest Checkout’ option when buying fashion item. Registering with PPQ London really does only takes a few minutes, and will make your visits to PPQ London much more quick and easy in the future.

If you would like to order pre-season with us you MUST set-up an account in order for us to be able to process the order.

If you would like to place a wholesale order with us then yes you need an account. To get an account with us please register and then send us an email to info@ppqlondon.com letting us now the email you have registered under.

When we receive your order, an Order Confirmation screen will be generated, issuing an order number, which you can print out for future reference. You will also receive an email confirming that we have received your order details. If at any time you do not receive this email please check your trash folders, just in case your email service providers has mistakenly popped us in there.

If, after checking, you cannot find your confirmation email then please call our Customer Services Team on 0800 043 0241 (or +44 800 043 0241 if outside the UK) at any time between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday GMT, or email on info@ppqlondon.com, who will be able to confirm the details of your order.

You can add/change items on your order until you confirm your payment details and complete the order.

Once the order is confirmed, you cannot add items on the same order, you will need to place a new order for additional items.

3-D Secure was developed by Visa and Mastercard to improve the security of internet payments. A transaction using Verified by Visa/SecureCode will initiate a redirect to the website of the card-issuing bank to authorise the transaction.

You will then be required to enter your online password for the transaction to go though. If you haven't registered with Verified by Visa/SecureCode your card-issuing bank will ask you to register when you are redirected. Once registered you will not have to go through this process again and you will use the same password every time you purchase on a website with 3D Secure.

When you place a pre-season order at PPQ London, you are charged an initial deposit of 50% of your total price at checkout. The remaining balance, plus shipping fees, taxes and duties (when applicable) can be processed on dispatch.

You will only be able to use one form of card payment (excl Gift Certificates) for each order. For stockists and wholesale buyers, agreed payment terms will apply.

After ordering on the website you will receive a number of email:

• Confirmation of your order
• Confirmation of dispatch

Once you have received the second email above, you will receive and email from highlighting the tracking number for your order. You can track your order using this link. For some pre-season ordering, there may be a significant gap between the two email above. If however, we have the product in stock we will be able to dispatch much quicker.

You can change your delivery details at any point before payment. You can also have your fashion item delivered to a different address to your billing address. If you created an account while purchasing your fashion item, you can track where your rug is in the delivery process by visiting the relevant couriers: DPD or DHL.

For pre-season order post deposit

If you wish to change the delivery address and order has not yet been despatched (i.e. you have not received a dispatch email), please email info@ppqlondon.com or contact our Customer Service team on 0800 043 0241 (UK), Outside the UK +44 800 043 0241 immediately. Please have the order confirmation number that you would have received in the order confirmation email and date the order was placed to hand.

Yes, you will receive a receipt with the delivery of any item from PPQ London. This invoice will also have all the relevant information on it and can be used as a VAT invoice/receipt.

If you wish to return an item please use the returns slip which is detachable from the dispatch note that you would have received. If possible please fill this out with the reason for your return.

Please be aware that any garments that are returned with the 'Do not remove' label removed will not be refunded. The label is in clear view on every garmet that we send out.
