We hope that you love your purchase but in the event that it’s not quite right we provide a free and easy returns service. From receipt, you have 28 days to return any item. Just fill out the returns form enclosed with your order and send:
- By post: apply the free Royal Mail postage label provided to the outside of your parcel, and drop your parcel off at the post office. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage. Please note the goods being sent back are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
It can take up to 21 days for us to receive your return. Once we receive it, we will endevour to refund you within 24 hours. Any refund will be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. We will send you an email confirming the refund as soon as it has been processed.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition with original swing tags intact. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer a direct exchange service. We recommend returning the item as per above and re-ordering a different size or product on the website as necessary.
Please note that if you make a purchase that qualifies for a discount and you wish to return the item, you will receive a refund that includes the discount originally given. If you make a number of purchases and return one or some of the items, the discount will be a pro rata percentage of the discount originally given, based on the cost of the item(s). Please note that for hygiene reasons all earrings are non-returnable.
We are unfortunately not able to offer a free returns service for International customers.
